Devlog 0.3

Greetings, Patricians!

It has been a while since the last time we’ve updated you on the progress of the Gotterhavn project. It’s very encouraging to see many people coming into our Discord server, and we hope that each one of you would enjoy your stay!

Development Team

The developer team keeps growing with the coming back of our previous tech patron, Rbaerz. He will be handling all the technical stuff from the website to the minting page of the project. The team needs someone with skills as his, so we welcome him back with open arms!

Art

If you are wondering why we haven’t released sneak peeks for more of our characters, it is because we are tight on a budget for our software subscription. So our strategy was to finish modelling all the characters, and then move onto texturing, and then rendering them, whereas before, one character would undergo the modelling to rendering stage, and then another character would follow. We found that finishing all the characters first for each stage of the creative process saved us a lot of resources. But the good news is that I’ve managed to finish 14 of the characters. This means that you can expect more sneak peeks of more characters in the near future!

Membership NFT

We are also excited to announce that Circle of Aristocrats NFT is releasing at 31st of this month. We’ve been campaigning for it and preparing for the minting date. Although we aim to have it sold out, we would not be discouraged if it isn’t, since it is a membership NFT that benefits from our main collection, so the less it circulates around the market, the more value it would actually get for its holders. Either way, we would love to see how the community and the NFT space in general react to this kind of membership NFT.

Novel

Last but not least, the Unholy Consortium novel has seen some progress as of late. It’s now on chapter 3, and it will be available to read on our website once our tech patron is finished working on the minting page. We still plan on releasing each chapter periodically, so for anyone interested in the lore, you can keep an eye on it!

The developer team really appreciates the support coming from the community. We hope to remain transparent and close to our patricians. It means so much to us hearing that you guys are excited about the project and where it’s headed towards.

Best regards,

June Chevalier
